They were in my head and in my bed and made me who am I am today. If it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t be here, and this very first post is because I made them a promise 20 years ago, and the deadline to keep that promise is about 3 hours away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
They were hoping it was only going to take five years and that’s when we sort of parted company. My life took a turn towards turmoil with three kids, two jobs, one dog , a very large loan and no maintenance so there wasn’t a lot of time to put finger tips to key pad. Now with a demented dad, two grandkids, one company, one old new dog and no loan I’ve learnt that time is what you make it, if it’s important enough you’ll make time for it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And I guess that’s the issue, I’ve spent a lot of time putting other things first and now it’s crunch time to do my thing, doing time with Jubilee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This isn’t quite the book that I’d hoped for, the one that’s going to explain how thoughts are frequencies and trigger emotions which unravels the merit and madness of mass communication and the vegetation connection that makes us feel so at peace and grounded… but I do hope to get there in the end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Science is sort of my thing, I know enough to be intrigued but not enough to make complete sense of it. I take heart from Mendel, he spent a lot of time watching his peas and asking his Qs, and although he didn’t have the genetics language or knowledge of DNA to back up what he saw, his discoveries fitted the theory. I’m hoping my enquiry into thoughts, emotions, frequency and vegetation will sort of work the same way,that will be another post or two.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There are other reasons for wanting to put myself out there too, World Peace is the biggie. I believe I’m rather special, but lacking in confidence. I can make the wind blow, the waves move, the clouds burst and volcanoes erupt. I hear the birds chattering and the words in their chirps… and that’s just in the natural world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the world of bioelectrics my thoughts have scored cash from an ATM, annulled a banking transaction and been able to be heard over the radio by performers and presenters from the comfort of my own lounge room. I was advised once never to underestimate the power of dancing alone in your lounge room. Like I said I think I’m special and sharing what’s happened is one way of trying to make sense of it all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So this blog will be my way of trying to understand what I do and why I can do it. My only birthday wish, for as long as I can remember has been for World Peace and now with climate change pushing the envelope of humanity I’ve sort of figured that it’s time to step up and take action for a peaceful world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So dearest Captain & Coach, I thank you for the encouragement, the patience, the inspiration, the not-so-chance meetings, the laughter and the best sex I’ve ever had. I thank you for opening my ears, helping me to find the gap and letting me on the bus without a ticket. I hope to make you proud (and not get sued) and that one day we can sit down and compare notes…do you still have the letters?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
