The Life and Times of Jubilee

An exploration of thoughts, emotion, vegetation and frequency

Another first post…lest me forget

“Just keep going now you’ve started”… important advice that has kept me trying to find the time to put it all down and collate the collection. That same voice 20+ years ago said, “I hope someone is writing this all down”. I huffed…what would he know. Evidently it is was quite a lot and he’s still hanging in there, trying to make it happen from the sidelines, as The Coach would.

So this conversation is going to start the same way most of the others did, by relaxing, concerted relaxation that drops the barriers and opens up the mind to allow deeper thought penetration and more extensive frequencies to be experienced. Those thoughts that allow you to connect at a more meaningful level, the communications that ask the big questions like;

  • Where are the birds going to live when all the trees are chopped own?
  • Where are the trees going to grow when the ground is covered in concrete and roads?
  • And how come I can hear the birds and the trees asking me those questions?

So in a quest to connect with like-minded folk and remain true to my marriage of the mind, fingers to keyboard it is, the first post…lest me forget, ‘cause I certainly can’t.

Too much happened to say it was a coincidence, my life is not a series of coincidences, or so I thought until I looked up what other words to use instead in Roget’s Thesaurus-The Everyman edition. Turns out coincidence can be in time, in place or in opinion.

The latter refers to assent: ‘of one mind’, definitely is my life.

The former describes synchronism as: At the same time, simultaneously, together, during the same time, in the interim, in the same breath, in concert, pari passu, meantime, meanwhile, while and whilst. The breath and concerts are definitely my thing.

And to bring home the The Life trifecta, coincidence in place offers up contiguity as: hand to hand, end to end, tete-a-tete, next door to, with no interval, in juxtaposition, apposition, in register. Hands, ends and heads that pretty well sums it up.

So it looks very much like The Life and Times of Jubilee has been one continuous coincident and the mission now is to explain how it all happened, what it means and why me!

I hope you’ll keep in touch and if it starts to make sense let your friends know, ‘cause I’m going for the big one.
